SeeMySpots was an idea that branched out from my love of lady bugs and advertising. I wanted a site to showcase my growing passion of website design, photography and anything else that catches my eye and marry these passions with the idea of lady bug spots. See My Spots has many meanings for me and now these ideas will begin life as a blog.
In many ways, this blog will be a journal of my day-to-day discoveries and experiences as I learn more about the world around me. Being a natural skeptic will allow me to analyze things with maybe a little different take than others may have.
Although I currently work in a marketing capacity, my professional experiences are gained from nine years in the United States Air Force both as an Electro-Environmental Systems Specialist and an Education and Training Manager, an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Broadcasting with an emphasis in Advertising and Sales and finally, but not limited to, my life experience as a daughter, wife and mother and everything that comes in between these labels.
I was taught to respect my elders and authority figures but not to respect them blindly. I tend to question conformity and greatly dislike doing something simply because it is the “norm” or is what everyone else is doing. I pride myself on the ability to think for myself and consider myself a top independent researcher on all things important to me at that time.
